RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

You may return your product within 14 days of placing your order without providing any reason. You also have the right to exchange within 14 days. However, to ensure the return or exchange process is completed smoothly and to avoid any possible confusion, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the details specified below:

  • Products with name personalization cannot be returned or exchanged (as personalized products cannot be resold).
  • Products in the sunglasses category cannot be returned, only exchanged. You may exchange them with any product you like or request a store credit.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING AND RETURN PROCESS

toumans.com handles shipments via contracted courier companies. Orders placed on our website will be delivered to the address specified during checkout by these courier services.

After your order is confirmed and processed, it will be shipped within 1-7 business days, depending on the stated delivery time of the product. Delivery time may vary between 1-6 business days depending on the destination. Courier companies deliver on weekdays and Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders are delivered within national borders. For areas outside major cities (e.g., towns, villages), deliveries may occur only on certain days of the week. In such cases, toumans.com is not responsible for possible delays.

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a note and/or send an SMS (if requested during the order) and return the package to the nearest branch. You have 3 days to collect your package. If not collected within this period, the package will be returned to toumans.com.

Upon receiving your order, if the package appears damaged, do not sign the delivery form. Open the package in the presence of the courier and inspect the contents. If the product is damaged, do not accept it. Request a damage report from the courier. Returned damaged items will be replaced or refunded if a replacement is unavailable.

If the package contains an incorrect product, refuse delivery and notify us. After we receive the returned product, the correct item will be shipped to you.

If your order has not arrived, check the accuracy of the delivery information you provided and track your shipment on our website. If the order has been delivered to the wrong address, please notify our customer service. We will contact the courier and ensure the correct delivery is made.

In case of address errors, toumans.com cannot be held responsible as the shipping information is transmitted to the courier exactly as provided. If the address is incorrect, please inform us by email so we can correct it with the courier.

For personalized wallets and cases, the maximum shipping time is 3 days.

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE IT

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused and protective seals are intact. If you do not like the product, do not remove any protective elements or tear the packaging. Return the product with all contents and the invoice (with the return section filled) to the address on the invoice at your own shipping cost. Keep your tracking number and share it along with the return information by emailing: destek@toumans.com.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS

For a return or exchange due to a defect, the product must be unused. Check the product carefully upon receipt for any scratches or similar damage. If a defect is present, send the product with all packaging contents and completed invoice return section via the courier that delivered it, using “cash on delivery” (we will cover the return cost). Keep your tracking number and notify us at destek@toumans.com.

REFUNDS AFTER RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you return a product, your payment will be refunded under the following conditions:

  • If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed within 3–10 days after we receive the returned product.
  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card within 3–10 days after we receive the product. Bank transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility (note: credit card refund timing depends on your bank).
  • If you are returning the product simply because you didn’t like it, shipping and cash-on-delivery fees (if any) will be deducted and only the net product price will be refunded.
  • If the return is due to a defect, the full payment will be refunded.
  • For exchanges, upon receiving your return, you will receive a discount coupon equal to the amount you paid. You can use this coupon when placing a new order.
  • If you are returning a product because you didn’t like it, a coupon will be created for the net product value after deductions.
  • If returning due to a defect, a coupon will be issued for the full amount.
  • If the new product you choose is cheaper than the returned product, the difference will be refunded to you under the above conditions.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT UNDER WARRANTY

Phone cases and wallets are not covered by warranty for user-related wear and tear. Other products with warranty coverage will specify it in their product descriptions—please read carefully.

Genuine Leather Products:
All wallets, phone cases, and bags are made from 100% genuine leather. No synthetic leather is used. Do not clean leather products with water, wet wipes, alcohol, cologne, acetone, or similar substances, as these may damage the leather. Annual leather conditioner can be used for maintenance.
